I am Michelle, a Kansas native with roots in Wichita, and Mason is a proud Manhattan native who is deeply immersed in the local community. Mason and his family are the proud owners of Cat Cans, a family business that has been crucial to Manhattan since 2010. Meanwhile, I am an adult ESL professor at Manhattan Area Technical College, which has given me the privilege of connecting with students, families, and fellow educators in the area to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our community.

While we are deeply invested in the local community, we are always looking for our next adventure in our free time! Mason is a certified rafting guide and avid fly fisherman who has explored many rivers throughout Tennessee, Montana, and Colorado.

Speaking of adventures... we welcomed a baby boy in March of this year, and we are first time parents navigating all the joys that come with parenthood. That gave us the idea to bring the adventure to all of you this year! We are so thrilled to be on this journey, and your support of our business contributes to our family in a meaningful way.
